To The Assembly, plural elite of America, (federal, state, and local) ;

We now, the totally disgraced citizens of these United States  submit to the consideration of the President,  the  Federal Judiciary, Members of United States in Congress,  plus all state, and local governments , that Constitution which has appeared to us the most advisable  in the past has now come the necessity to be restored to be  the  structure  our  for-fathers designed to exact a solid state of moorings by which we are governed.  The Constitution is a static frame-work by which morals are to be anchored to this nation’s laws from their biblical foundation that gave them prudence to begin with.   We the citizens of these United States of America that support this declaration and charter presented to you move you to go back to it—Back to the precepts that this nation was built on.

The friends of our country who unify under the Tax Declaration of Independence of 9/11 , 2011, have long seen and desired, that the power of making war, peace, and treaties, that of levying money and regulating commerce, and the correspondent legislative, executive and judicial authorities should fully and effectually  be enacted by the people on a civil level, of contrivance.   This is birthed out of a necessity  to see a nation’s leaders be Repentant for the atrocities t they have  beguiled the American public  through,  in, and by the tool of  the general government of the Union: Regretfully,  the impropriety of delegating such extensive trust to the government body(federal, state, and local) has produced out its’ kind a brood of blood-thirsty, greedy, nefarious-minded men and women whose deeds are evident -- Hence results the necessity of chastening such a rogue-and perverted to the core-menagerie of government organizations at every level.

It is obviously now the aim within the federal government of these states, to secure all rights of murderers, and sexual perverts, and illegal aliens giving sovereignty to each, and yet extort its’ citizens to be profligates to these ends….as it is today; this nation is no longer for the interest and safety of all: Individuals pro-created in the womb are murdered.   Individuals existing in our society,  must give up a share of liberty to preserve the rights of sexual perverts. The magnitude of the suffrage our society has undergone has been to the core almost altogether erasing any dignity of human existence to the merit of blasphemy, idol sacrifice, and debauchery at any cost---this is now legacy left to our children.   It is now hat our restitution must depend as well on situation and circumstances, as on the object to be obtained---freedom from taxation that funds such aberrations. It is at all times necessary to draw with precision, and especially now, the line between those laws and privileges which we have been have been daunted and must throw off such, purging them from laws that restore, and preserve morals for on the present occasion this difficulty was increased through a morally bankrupt federal government by a difference among the several states as to their situation, extent, habits, and particular interests.

In all our deliberations on this subject we kept steadily in our view, that which appears to us the greatest interest of every true American, the Repentance, Revival, and Restoration of our Union, in which is involved our prosperity, felicity, safety—a last vestige to re-establish our national existence before the judgment of God Comes upon us all as a nation. This important consideration, seriously and deeply impressed on our minds, led each person in collaborative support state and pledge in this Convocation to be less rigid on points of inferior magnitude, than might have been otherwise expected; and thus the Declaration of Independence, which we now present, is the result of a spirit of amity, and of that mutual deference and concession to the current ruling oligarchies(federal, state, or local)which the peculiarity of our political situation rendered corrupt to the core.

That this declaration will meet the full and entire approbation of every contrivance is not perhaps to be expected; but each will doubtless consider that had her interest been alone consulted, the consequences might have been particularly disagreeable or injurious to others; that it is liable to as few exceptions as could reasonably have been expected, we hope and believe; that it may promote  a penitent  heart, a broken and contrite spirit,  and lasting humility to trust once again God, and lean on His Ways for the welfare of this Promised Land, and  Country so dear to us all, and secure her freedom and happiness, is our most ardent wish.

With great sorrow of heart in concourse of this address we implore, and but still yet deepest hope, We give the Honor to Him alone deserves our highest pledge of allegiance; our God, and Father of us all; Jehovah God Almighty, our Daddy,  Jesus the Christ Son of God, God’s Only Begotten Son, and His High, and Heavenly,  and most Excellent Holy Spirit,  …..our most obedient and humble servitude.    And being in deepest duress….

Amendment I (1): Freedom of religion, speech, and the press; rights of assembly and petition
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion(denomination), or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

In fallowing is our exercise of Freedom of Religion that we employ in this declaration and charter to make our voice heard, while put into enforcement our stance,  forthwith;…

 

 

In application of Matthew 17:24-27 esp.v.26 ,  John 8:35,36, and Judges 20:1-11 esp. v. 11;

Freedom from tax, freedom from sin,(in compilation- freedom from sin imposed tax) = we must respond as one man to confront the  ills of our God-given-nation—it’s no longer a point of whether we offend—-----we  are  the offended.

“We’re not saying that we are not going to pay our taxes.  Under the 1^st  Amendment of the Bill of Rights; We’re saying that we are not going to pay our taxes until our governing authorities prove that they are for the good and the protection of its’ citizens, not for evil and their/our harm.”

Hosea 3—He’s already paid the price; now, He’s looking to see if there’s a totally repentant heart—He’s looking for a broken and contrite spirit in us all.   How long will it take for that to come into fruition?

Under the 1^st Amendment of The Bill of Rights do hereby establish personal savings bank accounts; A tax and sur-tax impose free, interest impose free, penalty impose free—Tax-withholding—Federal, State, and Local Tax With-Holding Shelter Accounts for personal, estate, or business tax, capital gains tax payers that guarantees the United States Government, it’s States, and Local Jurisdictions of tax payments paid in full only in escrow—accrued in full only to be paid incrementally and in proportion to the United States Government, States, and Local Governments as the United States Government, States, and Local Governments proves their or its’ compliance to repent of each immoral deed, usurpation, and injury that is listed in this Tax Declaration of Independence by rising to meet each complaint here-in with a remedy with proofs sufficient that returns America back to its’ proper moral and fiduciary standards, and it’s proper moral-fiduciary moorings.   These are Tax-with-holding Accounts set up strictly to protect the tax-payer from the United States Internal Revenue Service, All State Revenue Services, and Local Revenue Services or Public or Private Revenue Services of ever being able to pursue any of these citizens of these United States who engage in this venue of tax-with-holdings from any retaliation from these governments or their hired agencies from ever garnishing wages of those participating in this tax-with-holding venue (which includes and is not restricted to only) the protection from all penalties, fees, interest,  without increasing the participant tax with-holding bank customer’s tax liability.   That the participants have a protected right to vote in all elections, and are protected from any or all injury or retaliations such as, but not limited to—property liens or seizing’s, garnishing and or penalties in whole or in part on their wages, earnings, investments, retirement accounts, ira’s, savings, stocks, bonds, social security, ssi, ssdi, medicare, medicaid, insurances or benefits, etc., public utilities, public services, or participation or employ in public affairs or offices whether federal, state, or local etc., and that they should suffer no loss at of any recourse when taking out the funds from this tax shelter revolution, and applying to the taxes—that every bit what will be held in escrow will be used to pay only the original tax assessed due for the year filed—accepted as payment without any discrepancies—the funds enough in proportion—to be paid while being in process incrementally paid and distributed to each government in accordance to the governments proof of proper law-application/institution/enforcement/performance-remedy per complaint/citation listed in this document starting with correcting the worst and biggest offenses first to the lesser, and that there be no Assent to Acts of pretended Legislation to abed any of the treasons listed below… that are…. simply in summation ….the killing of God, the killing of man, and the attack on purity of the heart of America’s citizens.

A Declaration of the Citizens of America who agree that they them-selves, and our most basic of civil liberties are no longer being Protected by our Governing Authorities(Federal, State, or in some cases Local) from evil, or the promotion of evil, do here today establish this charter; The Tax With-holding Bank Accounts for America until the leaders of our nation of America move to totally comply with, come to the aid of, and rescue the victims of society’s and now government’s, immorality… to finally put an end to the tyranny that has spread like wild-fire to destroy this nation’s innocent citizen members from within.

Indeed, when in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the fiduciary-governmental bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that man was created by God, allowed to procreate on earth by God, and that we are esteemed equals to each other under God, and that we are endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are The Right TO Life, Liberty, Instill Purity---not perversion,… and the pursuit of Happiness---the full-freedom-of –Faith-and Relationship with God---not to be slaughtered in the womb by our nation, perverted on the earth within our Nation, and forced into exile from our nation because of Its Perversions.   That to secure these rights of Life, Liberty, Purity, and the pursuit of Happiness, Governments are instituted among Men, embracing their morality from God’s Word the Holy Bible, deriving their just powers under God from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive to the harm of its’ people and not their protection to these ends of murder, and perversion, despotism, and oligarchy it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to Restore Morality in Government to move all governments to find their moorings again, and re-establish the nations foundation again on such principles and organizing to restore, maintain, and secure for the future---purity in  the inmost parts of one’s person being from God.   To govern their hearts by a free will to do what’s right, and be punished for doing what is wrong—motivated to do what’s pure, not what’s evil, and to suffer consequence if the wrong and evil are chosen by the ruling powers in such form as you’ve been handed down from the ages, as to them shall seem most likely to affect their Safety from forms of evil, provide protection from evil-doers, and enlist a charity from the heart a duty to cherish and prefer the Life of others more-over than oneself, that produces a Happiness greater than the caustic greed of taking---it produces a Happiness greater; Joy from within.   

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.   Today, indeed, that stops.   We’re not looking to abolish governments, we’re looking to restore.    Indeed restore the foundations—when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, and Oligarchy, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off support of such Government, and insight the Governing Powers that be to change their hearts, to not provide new Guards for their future, but restore the old ones this nation was built on for its’ future, prosperity, and continued security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of the people of these United States of America; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government to change or else eventually be thrown off.   The history of the past and present United States Supreme Court, the past and present United States Congress, past and present Presidents, et tu and not excluding Governors, and Governments of States of these Fifty states, plus territories, and Local Governments in lieu is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations because of pretend government, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny of the deepest most dreaded evil over and within these States.   Terrorism is no longer totally esteemed from with-out,..no, it is totally manifested from with-in.   To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

1.)They have refused God’s Assent of Law, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
2.)They have forbidden passage of Laws of immediate and pressing importance for good, unless suspended in their operation to filibuster by conspiracy utterly neglecting to attend to them.
3.) *50X10X10X10 to the N^th  degree; a.)They have ascended to be a Law unto themselves without the leading of God or even the fear of God, nor the full consent of the people to do what has even gone so far as to be the victimization, terrorization, and slaughter not just the innocence of a life, by law, of one child within the womb(a person having done nothing bad), but to now an estimated 50million people dead—annihilated within the supposed safety and confines of the borders of this nation.    3b.)And consequently given special rights to, c.)condoned, d.)upheld, and e.)promoted as a facilitation the right-hood of all parties that partake of the slaughter of those children…a right-hood inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
4.)They have called together judicial, and legislative bodies, and given executive orders to promote evil agendas to give rights to sexual perverts and expand the rights to sexual perverts with their measures.   

5.)They have condoned, upheld, and promoted as a facilitation the right-hood of all parties that profligate and partake of pre-marital-sex and especially the act of sodomy, and also almost every-other-form of adultery.
6.)They have manipulated Representative Houses of every level of Government—repeatedly; promoting with political firmness their perversions and invasions on the purity of heart and conscience of the people, and are allowed to continue to invade the conscience of every heart and mind by no longer up-holding moral standards to protect future generations from invasions from the promiscuity of sensuality of every degree, while giving sacred asylum to sexual perverts and deviants—an invasion of the very rights of the people.
7.)They have refused for a long time, any such dissolutions of the evils they promote; whereby instilling now into our youth to accept as law the abominations of idolatry, murder, and all manner of fornication that they cling to as their holy grail.   These the plural-elite are blood feasters, feasting on the population at large by serving their own evil desires and agendas interwoven within all Governmental Judicial, Legislative, and Executive powers—Federal, State, and Local prowess—entrenched deeply corrupting almost the core—injury incapable of Annihilation, will now be under  a fiduciary-subrogation from the people of America who have a moral compass, and conscience for good, not evil—a People At Large squeezed to extermination and without a voice, who have been victimized for so long a time from even having a recourse to exercise; the State of moral values of self-government autonomous from the demands of social aberration let alone governmental deviation--- remaining ever more in the mean-time under deepest threat, victimized and manipulated by all the dangers of invasion from without, because we are now being forced to drink all the poisons from within.
8.)Indeed, they have succeeding in endeavoring genocide to prevent the population of these States so much so that even the base to support our elderly is currently exposed to default;

9.)They have conjured up the Laws for Naturalization for Illegal Immigrants and Foreigners while refusing to give Naturalization to those in the womb—refusing to pass laws to encourage the protection of Life from Conception to Natural Death hither, and recently raising the conditions of new Appropriations to fund abortion-murder on demand of innocent children in the womb to now be at tax-payer-expense.  
10.)They have instigated an increasingly prominent misuse of Judicial Powers of the Constitution of the United States at every level in the Administration of Justice, by making laws(and perverted ones at that) instead of interpreting law to the static adherence of Biblical moorings of just prudence, thus establishing Judiciary Powers a Law unto Themselves.  They have refused to Reverse their evil decisions of Doe V. Bolton, Roe V. Wade, and Lawrence V. Texas, and others of such ilk—They are those who Lasciviousness, Death and Corruption have been their caveat, Love, Life and Purity have been their lament.
11.)They have in their reaching of government, created a multitude of New Offices to expand the control of government, and ascend to swarms of immoral demands upon the receivership of any and all grants thus Prostituting other governments to and individual citizens to sign their rights away to consent to immorality of the perverted in exchange for grant money, or even employment.   12.)They have Perverted EOE Equal Opportunity Employment doctrine to by imputed by the Governments or businesses to embrace and promote the protection of sexual perverts within the organization, or live-in-status, or common-law union there-of  as now being the standard which has been thrust upon its’ own people is now fully instituted by an employer upon its’ own employees is now a standard or motus apperandi-fundamental tool of extortion now nationally entrenched, perverting, and harassing the citizens of this nation, and extorting funds out their substance to oblige them.

13.)They have affected to render Government Promiscuity independent of and superior to the Moral Guide of God’s Word and Power, and our faith-the faith of the people passed to us through the faith of our for-fathers whose Faith in God and His Only Begotten Son established this nation.
14.)They have lusted after the approval of other nations governments by subjecting us to Judicial philosophy that makes laws by rulings instead of interpret law, a Legislative philosophy that has usurp our United States Constitution to something it was never meant to be---as being a breathing living changeable document, that the Executive philosophy has sold the soul of this nation into a socio-economic-political-moral depravity through an Assent of Acts of Perverted Presidential Orders to debase America to be a model of dung---deepest moral depravity done without our approval that will, if not speedily corrected, with great haste,(in speculation of the train-wreck to come) re-institute legalized slavery, and allow illegal slavery to continue to grow, and that to a level never before imagined.
15.)For allowing our borders to no longer be secure.
For protecting illegal immigrants, by giving them the welfare status of a regular citizen, to stay, and work illegally, and from reprisal for any economic burden which they should cause on the Inhabitants of these States:

20.)They have abdicated Government here, by declaring us who up-hold proper Morals out of our Nation’s Protection and waging War against us to sell us into socio-economic Slavery.
21.)They have plundered our retirements to be given to the sexually immoral, ravaged our public resources to aid illegal aliens, perverted our schools with celebration of witch-craft and colleges to teach it, invading our town governments right to govern themselves unless agree to perversion, dashed our children to pieces in the womb, and destroyed future welfare security of our people.
22.)They have in complete unison shared in allowing the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy as the emulation of being a civilized nation.
23.)They have endeavored to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, untold perversion and moral destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

Abominations Listed henceforth are the just some of the most egregious travesties, and tragedies, usurpations, and abuses indoctrinated within this nation that this charter will stand up to until these violations are fully repented of, disavowed, and dissolved, and Right put in their place;

 

The Killing of God

Abomination Number One:  1.)The removal of God and the Cross at cemeteries, or 2.)other religious expressions lifting up Christian Faith at government, 3.)public venues, such as the 4.)removal of the Ten Commandments from our U.S. Supreme Court,  or even 5.)negating the swearing in under oath on the Bible, etc.

Abomination Number Two:  The 6.)embracing of polytheism—saying ,”all roads lead to heaven”—7.)the real term for polytheism is Idolatry, next 8.)the removal of the Bible and 9.)prayer at 10.)government, 11.)commercial, and 12.)public arenas especially in our places of 13.)public education, 14.)the un-censorship, and 15.)allowance of the 16.)promotion of witch-craft whether being venued through the 17.)advertizing industry, internet, print, or movie industry, or 18.)the local communities the celebration of witch-craft every October 19.)in every public school and 20.)university.  

Abomination Number Three:   The 21.)profligation,(making of) and 22.)promulgation(expansion of) of cursing—23.)taking of the Lord’s Name in Vain, and 24.)the use of all other profanity to be 25.)allowed to go uncensored and 26publicized via 27.)media whether being venued through the28.) advertizing industry, internet, print, or movie industry, or or in the 29.)public schools and 30.)universities.

Abomination Number Four:  The 31.)promotion,(economically of) 32.)profligation, and 33.)promulgation of 34.)the removal of, (using an old Virginia term)“blue laws”,--laws that were intended to restrain business on the Sabbath of Our Lord—the Day Jesus entered His Rest. Hebrews 4 et al, esp.v.8,9 & 12:1,2 The 35.)Removal of keeping the Sabbath Holy is the removal of the thought or heart of restraint to meditate on the Lord—a Holy God Who wants us to be Holy as He is Holy, and has now 36.)poisoned the church at large to do and become the same.

 

The Killing of Man

Abomination Number Five:   37.)The instituting of the Perversion of homo-sexual marriages, and 38.)homo-sexual adoptions of children, and 39.)the teaching of homo-sexuality acceptance in our 40.)public schools and 41universities.  41.)This is the killing the purity of parent-hood as God designed—the killing of our identity of who God made us to be—pure and Holy in Him. 

Abomination Number Six:  42.)And this needs to be stopped right away for he who murders an innocent child, murders the help-less unborn—them who are made in the image of God.  43.)The 44.)promotion, 45.)profligation, and 46.)promulgation of Genocide through Infanticide—via 47.)abortion, 48.)envitro-fertilization, 49.)cloning, 50.)embryonic stem-cell research,  or 51.)the negating of human life through any and all forms of birth control(other than abstinence until marriage).   Abortion; The casualties of this war are the innocent who have done nothing evil deserving of death.   This war needs to be stopped immediately.   If the numbers are correct; America has slaughtered almost *50million of her own children in the womb since the Supreme Court decision of Roe v. Wade—a killing of Six Times more than that of 6.3 million Jewish people from the daunting holocaust of Hitler during World War II, which led to and is on the verge of doing so here, bringing in euthanasia-(a sin just as insidious).

 

The Killing of Purity

Abomination Number Seven:  52.)The promotion, 53.)profligation, and 54.)promulgation of the perversion of homo-sexuality in our nations’ military, 55.)for allowing pornography to grow unfettered to be widely spread in 56.)production there-of, and 57.)be spread through all media and 58.)media outlets,  59.)for not shutting down sexually oriented businesses,  60.)for not shutting down sex-slave trade coming into this nation or 61.)or within its’ borders, 62.)for not punishing those who promote the practice the homo-sexual perversion that has led to giving special protections, 63.)even equal opportunity employment status and 64.)retirement privileges of said perverts, or 65.)even giving pre-marital partners equal status to married couples for the same privileges. 

Abomination Number Eight:  66.)The promotion, 67.)profligation, and 68.)promulgation of lotteries, 69.)and all manner of greed, thievery and extortion through the gaming of gambling. 

Abomination Number Nine:  70.)governments abetting of media to promote idolatry(abortion of God), 71.)the abortion of man, or 72.)any and all adultery, but especially the homo-sexual agenda(the abortion of purity)—73.)synonymous to calling oneself a Christian when his or her works, and words, deeds, and actions betray his/her very confession;…74.)the equivalent of being a prison guard, the police or warden, prosecutor or judge meant to protect us from victimization and sustain order--all the while guilty of raping the inmates themselves, or giving special leniency or protections to the ones who commit the crime just because of the buddy system—a perverted institute within the institute meant to reform.

Abomination Number Ten:(a matter of the heart)  75. me;)The selling out to do evil because that’s what puts bread on the table, 76. myself,)puts the responsibility of up-holding and protecting innocence, and the proper care for the innocent into the trash-can onto the altar of convenience, 77. and I,) puts our vanity for approval by others, and the greed of entertainment to gratify our flesh, and sin-sensual-desires our real motive.   Indeed; A debased and perverted hollywood has been our holy grail. Matthew15:16-20

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress consistently for decades in the most humble terms whether in the Courts, or from the Pulpit, or in our places of Employment, or in the Community, to the Legislatures, or to the Executives: Our Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury.   The Plural-Elite from the Federal Government, to the State Governments, to the Local Governments, and now, even in the work-place whose character is thus marred and marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, imposing a moral status that is unfit to be the example of social care, leadership and government of a free people for it is even a detestable and most cruel joke that they even call themselves, “public servants”.  Take note; Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our naturalization and history here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would, and will inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. Revival: It’s been said that, “Real Leaders Lead”, but it needs to stipulated that Real Leaders Lead by being Holy as God is Holy, by being examples of Godliness, Living in Truth, Full of Faith and Purity, Faithfulness, and Care.   We’ve been so focused on chartering new territories so much in the past decades, and even more here recently, that we no longer know what’s right—neither in this country, and sadly enough even in some of our own churches.

That all Christian businesses partaking in this Tax-With-holding Revolution(that may produce the need for a National Credit Union Charter) may collect sales taxes per sale, and with-hold those sales taxes until governments prove their indulgence of compliance.   And that all persons who partake in this Charter have the right to not pay sales tax when they incline to purchase—indeed that a tax free Revolution Card(eventually to be instituted) will be given to TWBAmember to show to the merchant to suspend all taxes surcharged onto any sale to be declared a sales tax exemption at the end of every tax reporting quarter by the business encountered(and if Revolution Card is not accepted—to file sales taxes paid in quarterly reports to be collectively tallied into any tax filed, or with-held of property, or personal income taxes).  

Question: "What does the Bible say about paying taxes?"

In Romans 13:1, Paul brings further clarification to this concept, along with an even broader responsibility to Christians: "Everyone must submit himself to the governing authorities, for there is no authority except that which God has established. The authorities that exist have been established by God." (NIV)

Therefore, we can conclude from this verse, if we don't pay taxes we are rebelling against the authorities established by God.

Romans 13:2 gives this warning: "Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves." (NIV)

And finally, regarding the paying of taxes, Paul couldn't make it any clearer in Romans 13:5-7: Therefore, it is necessary to submit to the authorities, not only because of possible punishment but also because of conscience. This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor. (NIV)

Larry Burkett would put it across in this manner; 

In Matthew 22:17-21, the Pharisees asked Jesus a question: "Tell us then, what is your opinion? Is it right to pay taxes to Caesar or not?" But Jesus, knowing their evil intent, said, "You hypocrites, why are you trying to trap me? Show me the coin used for paying the tax." They brought Him a denarius, and He asked them, "Whose portrait is this? And whose inscription?" "Caesar's," they replied. Then He said to them, "Give to Caesar what is Caesar's, and to God what is God's." In full agreement, the Apostle Paul taught, "This is also why you pay taxes, for the authorities are God's servants, who give their full time to governing. Give everyone what you owe him: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor" (Romans 13:6-7).

Federal income tax, state income tax, local income tax, sales tax, property tax, personal property tax, capital gains tax—the list could go on and on. Statistics show that, in the United States, April 15, tax day, is one of the most stressful days of the year. The Internal Revenue Service is probably the most despised government organization. Similarly, tax collectors were not thought highly of in Bible times (Matthew 11:19; 21:31-32; Luke 3:12-13).

As much as we hate taxes, as much as the tax system is corrupt and unfair, as much as there are far better things our money could go towards—the Bible commands, yes, commands us to pay our taxes. Romans 13:1-7 makes it clear that we are to submit ourselves to the government. The only instance in which we are allowed to disobey the government is when it tells us to do something the Bible forbids. The Bible does not forbid paying taxes. In fact, the Bible encourages us to pay taxes. Therefore, we must submit to God and His Word—and pay our taxes.

The most frequent objection to paying taxes is that the money is being misused by the government or even used for evil purposes by the government. That, however, is not our concern. When Jesus said, "Give to Caesar...," the Roman government was by no means a righteous government. When Paul instructed us to pay taxes, Nero, the most evil Roman emperor in history, was the head of the government. We are to pay our taxes even when the government is not God-honoring.

We are free to take every tax deduction that is both legal and honest. We do not have to pay the maximum amount of taxes possible. If the government allows you a tax break, take it. If there is a legal way you can shelter some of your money from being taxed, shelter it. By all means, take the deduction for your children, your mortgage, your moving expenses, etc. Again, feel free to take every legal and honest opportunity to reduce your tax burden. Illegal and/or dishonest methods must be rejected. Romans 13:2 reminds us, "Consequently, he who rebels against the authority is rebelling against what God has instituted, and those who do so will bring judgment on themselves."

When Rulers are no longer agents of God, but agents of satan working to destroy society and plunge us into deepest depths then what?Romans 13:3,4 For rulers are not a terror to good conduct, but to bad.   For he is the servant of God, an avenger who carries out God's wrath on the wrongdoer.   What happens when the whole systems of Government are corrupt, and we can no longer find anyone who is a terror to evil conduct, or worse gives special rights to the wrongdoer?  Who will do what’s needed and necessary to confront, stop, and reverse evil?

Tell me something; “When did the writer, and the signers—Christians—finally get t0 where they could no longer take the abuse to finally establish what we know now as The Declaration of Independence to be free from the wrong-full taxations, and  over-burgeoning taxation of Britain?

You know, “We’ve taken the offense for the cause of Christ, but not at the cost of our lives surrendered in love for them.  How many babies have to die because we didn’t take the offense enough as to lay our lives, our wealth, and our honor down in love for them.   Have we done for this nation what our forefathers—the signers of the Declaration of Independence, have done for us to abolish tyranny?”.  No.–but what about this new generation of people, what about us?

It is in our hands as to how soon God’s judgment comes upon this nation, or if this nation dwells in peace and safety.   Jesus wants to restore us as a nation if we’ll let Him, but today…that’s a big IF especially in the church, let alone our nation.  Jeremiah chapters 17,18,19  Proverbs 13:13,14

Could we say of ourselves what is said so well in the songwriter’s words…,“If Loving God is a crime, then i’d be an out-law.”    Big Tent Revival       No.    ….Can God find a man?   If He can Then; Malachi 3:18

 

 

If you know God is calling you to be a part of this the Tax Declaration of Independence for America, and you are married, and your spouse is not in agreement with you to do this whether before or after you pray;  “Don’t do it.”   In Ecclesiastes it is written, “ How can two walk together unless they be agreed?”  God wants unity, not dis-unity.   Furthermore, our priority as Christians should always be God, Family, Country, and self last.  God is always first, and your first ministry is to God alone, then your ministry is to your family, and only after those two comes your country.   

We will not do this with-out God being first.   God is First—we must always put God First.   We must do this in unity.  We must be agreed, and in it for the long haul once we start it.   And most especially, we must do this by Faith, in Love.  So armor up, and above all—put on love.

Our Anthem is a song originally entitled “Faith’s Review and Expectation” by John Newton, but we in today’s vernacular have re-termed it as; “Amazing Grace”.   The song written by a former slave-ship captain gone “Saved”, was the fuel and passion that helped sustain a man who helped end the Slave-trade in Britain, long before France or America would end slavery; his name was William Wilberforce. 

It was sung as a requiem by both the Confederates, and the Union Army in the Civil War.

It was sung by the Cherokee Indians on the Trail of many Tears.

It was a song sung during the freedom marches to end racism in America and especially on the day that Martin Luther King shared his, ”I have a dream speech”.

It was a hymn that resounded at Nelson Mandella’s release from prison.

It was a sweat refrain anthem at the fall of the Berlin Wall, in Germany,

And on September 11^th, 2001, it was sung to comfort a morning world as Pastor Chuck Swindall, and his wife Lucille, prayerfully brought the wounded hearts of Americans through the 34^th Psalm to be at the feet of Our Lord and Savior, King Jesus, to bind up the broken, and give us courage to Trust and Lean on an all Loving, all Knowing, all Powerful, all Present, Holy, and Living God—Jehovah God Almighty.

Number of partial-birth abortions triples

On the heels of encouraging, though somewhat incomplete, abortion data for 1998 and 1999 provided by the federal government, the Alan Guttmacher Institute (AGI) has released data from its own 2000 survey of abortionists confirming the continued decline in abortion totals, rates, and ratios.

According to AGI, there were 1,312,990 abortions performed in the U.S. in 2000. This is about 47,000 fewer than it recorded in its last survey in 1996 and nearly 300,000 fewer than the 1990 AGI estimate of just over 1.6 million abortions.

AGI's figures are markedly higher than those reported by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), but are more accurate. AGI directly surveys abortionists, rather than using voluntary reports from state health departments as the CDC does. In addition, recently the CDC has been unable to get numbers from several large states.

CDC's numbers, thus, always represent an undercount. CDC numbers are helpful, nonetheless. (See NRL News, January 2003.) AGI, a special research affiliate of abortion mega-chain Planned Parenthood, has the advantage of being an industry insider.

Beyond the raw totals, AGI data on the abortion rate also show this downward trend. According to AGI, the abortion rate for 2000 was 21.3 abortions per 1,000 women of reproductive age (ages 15-44).

While just a tenth of a point below the rate AGI estimated for 1999, that is substantially below the rates reported for the early 1980s, which ranged from 28/1,000 to 29.3/1,000. One actually has to go back to the earliest days post-Roe (1974) to find a year with a lower reported abortion rate (19.3)

Arguments can and have been made, however, that there might be fewer abortions simply because there are fewer women in the age category or fewer pregnancies altogether (due to abstinence, contraception, etc.). The lower abortion rate shows that not just fewer women but that a smaller overall percentage of fertile women are having abortions. Taken alone, this indicates that abortion is less common among that group, but does not tell us why.

However, additional data reported by AGI show that this rate reduction is not simply due to there being fewer pregnancies, but due to an increased likelihood that a pregnant woman will choose to let her baby live. This shows up in the abortion ratio.

For example, according to AGI, for every 100 pregnancies ending in either birth or abortion1 in 2000, there were 24.5 abortions. That is to say, 24.5 babies were aborted, and 75.5 babies were delivered. AGI refers to this as its abortion ratio.2

[Without getting too deep into minutiae, AGI's way of arriving at its abortion ratio figure is different from the way CDC arrives at its abortion ratio figure.]

Again, while only a tenth of a point below the ratio AGI estimates for 1999 (24.6), in the late 1970s and early 1980s that figure hovered around 30. A lower ratio has not been reported since 1974 (22).

State and regional data collected by AGI show similar trends. Comparing AGI's 1996 and 2000 surveys, abortion totals and rates declined in the Northeast, the South, the Midwest, and the West.

In only 15 states did the abortion rate increase between 1996 and 2000, usually by 5% or less.3 Several states, such as Kentucky, Massachusetts, Missouri, Wisconsin, Colorado, and Wyoming, along with the District of Columbia, showed declines in their abortion rates of 20% or more. Wyoming led the way with 64% drop.

For the second survey in a row, AGI asked abortionists how many of what it calls "Dilation and Extraction" (D&X) abortions the abortionists performed. These are partial-birth abortions. AGI projects there were some 2,200 performed in 2000, which it says represents only 0.17% of all abortions. This is misleading on at least two grounds.

First, AGI uses a definition so convoluted that partial-birth abortions performed by the inventor of the technique might not qualify. Second, the fact that survey responses were entirely voluntary may be further reason to think this number low.

Nevertheless, even this probably much-underestimated 2,200 figure represents a three-fold increase over the estimate of 650 AGI reported in 1996. Either AGI grossly mis-underestimated the first time or the problem is growing worse. Though AGI reports these numbers as relatively inconsequential, Americans would hardly sit idly by if there were some virus or environmental agent killing a similar number of babies each year.

In light of the Clinton Administration's approval of RU486, the French abortion pill, in late 2000, AGI also surveyed doctors to see how many chemically induced abortions they performed in the first half of 2001. AGI says it found about 37,000 abortions of that type, reflecting about 6% of all abortions done in that six-month period.

About half of all clinics reported performing such abortions, yet only about 20% of hospitals and private practice doctors doing abortions indicated they also did chemical abortions. In no case did AGI find abortionists doing chemical abortions who were not already performing surgical abortions.

Abortion industry efforts to develop and promote methods that work earlier and earlier in pregnancy reflect the pounding they took as the truth about partial-birth abortions emerged. The line drawings and descriptions of partial-birth abortion that went out all over the country made the humanity of the unborn child and the inhumanity of the technique's defenders patently obvious. In the face of such facts, the abortion industry has been promoting methods such as chemical abortifacients and "manual vacuum aspiration" which work much earlier when the child is younger and less developed. This may be part of the reason declines slowed in the latter half of the 1990s.

Overall, however, the numbers show that the pro-life message is having an impact. Legislation, education, and outreach that in any way gives a young, pregnant woman the time or opportunity to reflect on the decision she is making, on the risks involved, on the long-term consequences, on positive alternatives for her and her child, and on the preciousness of the life she carries make a real difference. The numbers don't lie.
